If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us for return authorization for a full refund. Then all
you will need to do is pay to ship the product back to us within 7 days. There is no refund of the original

Flat fee $8 for shipping under 7 lbs will be apply in Canada and US.
For orders over 7 lbs – there may be an additional charge. You will be contacted for authorization.
Retrofits will be shipped back to you free of charge – you pay to ship to us – we pay the shipping back to you.
All other orders are shipped pre-paid and add via UPS or FedEx….we can ship collect if you supply your preffered carrier and the account number.
